What’s the difference between FableForge and just using HighLevel?
HighLevel is the powerful engine — FableForge is the guided, customized experience built on top of it.

Can I bring my own coach or VA to help me?
Yes! You can absolutely add your team members, coach, or virtual assistant to your account — at no extra cost. We don’t charge per user, and we encourage collaboration (as long as everyone plays nice).
Do I have to use a snapshot?
Nope. Snapshots are optional — but helpful.
Every FableForge account includes a full tech stack with or without a snapshot. If your coach referred you, or you choose to add one later, a snapshot can jumpstart your setup with prebuilt pages, automations, and more.
Prefer to build your own flow? You’ve got the freedom (and support) to do that too.
What if I already have a HighLevel account?
Yes, you can bring your existing HighLevel sub-account over to FableForge. HighLevel allows sub-account transfers between agencies, so if you're looking to switch, we can help facilitate the move.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Snapshot Compatibility: Some agencies use proprietary or asset-protected snapshots that may not transfer with your account. If your current setup includes such snapshots, they might not be accessible after the transfer.
- Support Scope: Instead of transferring to us, if you choose to purchase a FableForge snapshot and load it into your existing HighLevel account (without transferring to FableForge), please note that our support will be limited to the snapshot itself. We won't be able to assist with broader platform issues unless you're within the FableForge ecosystem.
