At FableForge, we take your privacy seriously. When you sign up for our platform, visit our website, or interact with our brand, you’re trusting us with your information — and we don’t take that lightly.
We’re not in the business of selling, renting, trading, or sharing your data for profit. That’s just not our style. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure.
We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and do not share your information without consent, except as required by law.
We use cookies to improve your experience and make sure everything works the way it should. Here’s how they break down:
Essential cookies – Required for core functionality (like logging in). These cannot be disabled.
Performance cookies – Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Functionality cookies – Remember your preferences to personalize your experience.
Affiliate cookies– Used to track referrals and credit the right affiliate when you sign up.
👉 You can manage cookie preferences globally in your browser settings.
We use third-party services like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook), and affiliate tracking tools to understand user behavior and improve the platform. These tools only collect anonymized or aggregated data and do not identify individual users.
When you join our email list or sign up for a FableForge account, we collect your name, email, and any optional info you provide.
We’ll use this to send you updates, onboarding support, and resources to help you succeed with the platform. You can unsubscribe at any time — no hard feelings.
We do not sell or share your email address with third-party marketers.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from FableForge. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP'.
To create a FableForge account or interact with the platform, we may collect:
Name, email, and business info
Usage data (like logins, funnel activity, and feature usage)
Communication history (support chats or email interactions)
Payment-related data (via secure third-party processors)
We use this information to provide and support your account, troubleshoot technical issues, send important service updates, and improve the overall experience.
FableForge uses secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle payments. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
You may request to view, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Just reach out via our Contact Page, and we’ll respond promptly.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for platform operation, legal compliance, customer support, or legitimate business purposes. Non-personal or aggregated data may be stored indefinitely.
We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information — including encryption, firewalls, access control, and secure data centers. No system is 100% immune to breach, but we take every precaution we reasonably can.
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your data
Object to or restrict processing
Request data portability
File a complaint with your data authority
Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
California residents may request:
A summary of what personal information we collect
How it’s used, stored, and shared
Deletion of their data
We will not discriminate against any user exercising their rights under California law. Requests may be submitted via our Contact Page.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal info, we will delete it unless otherwise required by law.
In the unlikely event of a data breach involving personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.
If you access FableForge from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and stored in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We rely on legally recognized mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses to protect international transfers.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help the site work properly, remember preferences, improve performance, and deliver relevant content.
We use cookies on the FableForge website and related services to enhance your experience, understand usage, and ensure key functions are working correctly.
Essential Cookies – Required for basic site functionality and security. These enable core features like login sessions and form submissions.
Performance Cookies – Help us understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g. page views, bounce rates, traffic sources) so we can improve the experience.
Functionality Cookies – Allow us to remember user preferences and enable features like embedded content or personalized settings.
Advertising & Affiliate Cookies – Track visitor behavior across sites to deliver relevant ads and to properly credit affiliate referrals.
💡 Some cookies may come from third-party providers like Google, Facebook, or affiliate platforms.
Your Consent– When you first visit our site, you’ll have the option to accept or manage cookie preferences. You can update these preferences at any time.
Browser Settings – You can also control or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings.

For full details on how we collect, store, and use your data — including what’s collected via cookies — see our Privacy Policy.
Questions? Contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll be happy to help.
Informational Resources – Some of our content may include links to third-party websites, tools, books, or other resources that we believe may be helpful or relevant to your journey. These may appear in blog posts, emails, platform content, social media, or other public materials we publish.
Recommendation ≠ Endorsement – If we recommend or link to a specific product, book, or creator, it’s because we believe the resource itself offers meaningful value — not because we endorse the person, company, or everything they stand for. (For example: we may recommend a book because it’s brilliant, even if we know nothing about the author.)
Affiliate Disclosure – Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through them — at no additional cost to you. We never recommend tools, platforms, or books solely for the commission. If we recommend it, it’s because we genuinely use it, love it, or believe it could help you. In fact, we often recommend exploring affiliate opportunities for your own favorite tools if you haven’t already.
Your Responsibility – We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or business models of any third-party websites. Please use your own judgment when interacting with external sites or tools.

🔄 Updates to These Terms
We may update these participation terms as needed. We will notify users via email or platform announcements if any material changes are made.
FableForge exists to empower entrepreneurs through better systems — but also through better support. That means creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, respected, and safe to grow.
This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces connected to FableForge, including office hours, onboarding calls, live events, support chats, webinars, and any digital interactions (such as email, forms, or comments).
We are committed to fostering a space that is:
Respectful and constructive
Inclusive and safe
Collaborative, not competitive
Focused on helping everyone succeed — together
By participating in any FableForge-hosted space, you agree to uphold these values.
Be kind.
Speak with courtesy, even when you disagree.
Be constructive.
Offer feedback with the intention to help, not harm.
Be aware.
Avoid sarcasm, passive aggression, or inflammatory language that could derail conversations or harm trust.
Everyone is welcome.
We embrace diversity of background, experience, identity, and perspective.
Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.
Any behavior rooted in racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, or similar bias will result in immediate removal.
Respect people’s boundaries.
Unwelcome DMs, persistent pitching, or overly personal inquiries are not okay.
Confidentiality matters.
Don’t share or repost what someone says in a private or community space without their written consent.
Honor intellectual property.
Don’t distribute or repurpose someone else’s content, snapshots, or resources without written consent.
Avoid self-promotion unless invited.
Share wins and expertise, but don’t turn the space into a sales channel.
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code, please report it using our Contact Page. Reports are reviewed confidentially, and we take them seriously.
FableForge reserves the right to remove individuals from our community spaces — temporarily or permanently — for behavior that violates this Code or undermines the emotional or psychological safety of the group.
We may also restrict access to future participation or account-based services in severe cases.
We welcome feedback and regularly review this Code to reflect the needs of our growing community.
Let’s build something meaningful — and treat each other like humans while we do it.
At FableForge, we take pride in creating high-quality, original content, templates, and systems to help entrepreneurs grow. This includes — but isn’t limited to — website copy, educational materials, training videos, workshop slides, design assets, workflows, and any other resources provided through the FableForge website, platform, or partner programs.
All FableForge materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Personal Use Only – Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials shared with you through the platform are for your individual or business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any FableForge content or tools without our written consent.
No Redistribution – You may not share FableForge materials (including snapshots, templates, swipe files, or training content) with non-customers, the public, or within other platforms or memberships unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Respect for Third-Party Rights – Any third-party content referenced, embedded, or linked from our platform is the property of its respective owner. We ask that you respect their copyrights as well and comply with any licensing or use restrictions.
Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FableForge or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Revocation of Access – If we discover that you’ve copied, shared, resold, or misused FableForge content or tools, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the platform or related services.
Legal Action – Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action to protect our rights and the integrity of the systems we’ve built.
At FableForge, we strive to provide a high-quality platform, helpful tools, and educational resources that empower entrepreneurs. However, it’s important to clarify the limits of what we’re responsible for — especially when it comes to how our content and systems are used in real-world business situations.
No Guarantees of Results – Business success depends on many factors, including effort, timing, market conditions, and individual decisions. While our platform is designed to support success, we make no promises or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, or growth — there are simply too many variables in success to account for them all.
Use at Your Own Discretion – Any action you take based on our materials, snapshots, recommendations, or platform tools is at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your own decisions, strategies, and implementation.
Educational, Not Advisory – Any content or materials provided (including templates, onboarding sessions, workflows, and office hour conversations) are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide should be considered legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Built on a Third-Party Platform – FableForge is built on the HighLevel platform, which means certain underlying functions, updates, or outages are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to HighLevel platform changes, Labs/Beta features enabled by account holders, or downtime from third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, or Mailgun.
No Liability for Damages – To the fullest extent permitted by law, FableForge (Sparkitive, LLC), its team, and its partners will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, materials, or services.
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. FableForge shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
By accessing and using FableForge, you acknowledge that:
You understand there are risks involved in starting, running, and scaling a business
You agree not to hold FableForge liable for your business decisions or outcomes
You accept that tools and guidance are provided as support — not guarantees
At FableForge, we provide systems, tools, and educational resources to help entrepreneurs grow — but we do not promise specific outcomes. Business success depends on many factors, and it's important to understand what our role is (and isn't) in your results.
No Guaranteed Outcomes – We make no guarantees about the success you may achieve using the FableForge platform or any associated materials, strategies, or services. Results depend on individual effort, business model, timing, implementation, and many factors beyond our control.
Earnings Can Vary Widely – Any income statements, case studies, or examples of financial success are provided for illustrative purposes only. They do not guarantee or imply future results, and they should not be interpreted as typical outcomes.
Effort Required – The level of success you may experience using FableForge (or any snapshot or system we build with a partner) depends on your own decisions, effort, consistency, and ability to apply what’s provided to your unique business context.
For Educational Use Only – Our platform, templates, snapshots, and any strategy guidance (including during onboarding or office hours) are intended for general informational purposes.
Not Financial, Legal, or Health Advice – We encourage you to seek professional advice from qualified legal, financial, or mental health experts before making significant decisions related to your business.
Individual Experiences – Any testimonials or case studies presented on our website, in emails, or during trainings reflect the real experiences of FableForge users or collaborators — but they are not guarantees or assurances of similar results.
Not Always Typical – While we strive to share honest, representative experiences, individual outcomes will vary based on factors like experience, business maturity, niche, market conditions, and personal implementation.
No Compensation Given – All testimonials are voluntarily provided and not paid or incentivized in any way.
By using FableForge, you acknowledge and agree:
That running a business involves risk
That no system or tool guarantees success
That you are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes
We’re here to support you — but you’re the one building the business.
We’re committed to transparency and fairness — and that includes how we handle payments and cancellations.
Because FableForge provides digital products, customizable systems, and immediately accessible software, most purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
FableForge accounts are billed monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date. We do not issue refunds for accidental renewals or late cancellations.
All purchases of snapshots, template packs, or custom tech builds are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access they provide.
In the case of a technical issue or error with a snapshot install, please contact us so we can resolve it quickly.
If you purchase optional onboarding or done-with-you setup services, your booking is considered confirmed once payment is processed.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice
may be eligible for rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refundable.
If you’ve entered into a separate agreement or partnership contract with FableForge (e.g. as an expert collaborator), refund and cancellation terms will be governed by that specific agreement. Please refer to your signed contract for details.
We want to be reasonable. If you believe a billing error has occurred or you have a unique situation, reach out to us via our Contact Page. We’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
By signing up for a FableForge account or purchasing any associated products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We're here to help.

These terms apply to any use, access, purchase, or creation of Snapshots within the FableForge platform — whether you are a subscriber receiving one or a collaborator helping build one.
A Snapshot is a pre-configured set of digital assets — including funnels, automations, workflows, emails, calendars, and other tools — designed to support a specific business model, program, or process. Snapshots are installed directly into your FableForge account and serve as a strategic starting point to save you time and streamline setup.
If you receive a Snapshot through FableForge — either as part of your onboarding, through a referral, or via direct purchase — you are granted a limited license to use that Snapshot inside your FableForge account for your own internal business purposes only.
You may:
Customize it to suit your business
Use it for your own services or programs
Duplicate internal automations or pages within your own account
You may not:
Share, copy, clone, or redistribute any Snapshot outside your own account
Resell or license it to others
Install it into another GHL or SaaS account without written consent
Violating these terms may result in account suspension and/or legal action for copyright infringement.
If you are partnering with FableForge to build or distribute a Snapshot:
You retain rights to your original program content (copy, framework, curriculum, etc.).
You grant FableForge a license to use, install, and support your Snapshot for the clients you refer or authorize.
You may not reuse FableForge-built versions of the Snapshot outside of FableForge without our written consent.
Custom builds, shared revenue, and long-term licensing are handled via a separate collaboration agreement.
FableForge may update, improve, or retire Snapshots to reflect changes in the platform, best practices, or collaborator relationships. If a Snapshot becomes deprecated or a partner exits the platform:
Subscribers who already have the Snapshot will retain access to their installed version
Ongoing updates or support for that Snapshot may be discontinued
New installations may be removed from availability
Snapshots are non-refundable once purchased or installed, due to their digital and instantly accessible nature. If a technical error occurs, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Unauthorized duplication or resale of a Snapshot may result in immediate account termination and legal action
Snapshot structure and content are protected under copyright law

FableForge is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible experience for all users — regardless of ability, background, or device.
We believe that technology should be empowering, not frustrating.
That’s why we strive to make our website, platform, and content usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies or adaptive tools.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target standard.
Our website and platform are regularly reviewed to improve usability, structure, and keyboard navigation.
We work to maintain color contrast, text clarity, and logical page layouts across devices.
We avoid unnecessary animation or flashing visuals, and we strive to make our language clear and easy to understand.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the FableForge website or platform, we want to know about it.
Please contact us via our Contact Page and describe:
The specific page or feature that was difficult to access
The type of device and browser you were using
Any assistive technologies involved (if applicable)
We’ll do our best to respond quickly and resolve the issue, or offer an accessible alternative where possible.
Accessibility is not a one-time task — it’s an ongoing process. We welcome feedback from our users and are actively working to improve accessibility across all areas of the FableForge experience.
FableForge embraces technology — including artificial intelligence — as a tool to help us build faster, support more people, and keep improving the systems we share with entrepreneurs like you.
We also believe in transparency, which is why we want to be clear about how, when, and where we use AI in our business.
By default, we use AI tools to support — not replace — human strategy, creativity, and judgment.
Written Content – AI-assisted (for things like editing, outlining, ideation, and cleanup — not full automation)
Templates & Snapshots – AI-assisted (for streamlining or suggesting structures, not generating final content unless noted)
Support Docs & Training – AI-assisted (transcripts, formatting, simplification — always reviewed and refined by humans)
Visuals & Marketing Assets – Occasionally AI-assisted (for image editing, mockups, or formatting help)
Coaching & Community Interactions – AI is not used to generate live advice or responses — those are always human-led
AI-Free – Created entirely by humans from idea to execution
AI-Assisted – AI helped speed up or enhance a process, but a human curated and delivered the final result
AI-Generated – The majority of the work (idea, structure, and execution) came from an AI tool, with light human oversight
When something we provide (like a content template or system example) is heavily AI-generated, we’ll tell you — upfront.
AI is a tool — not a replacement for strategy, empathy, or leadership. Our goal is to use it responsibly, openly, and in ways that make the work better, not lazier.
If you ever have questions about how a particular piece of content or system was created, just ask. We’re happy to share.
This is a safe space. We support people being awesome people, no matter their race, creed, gender, sex, country, religion, or choice in TV shows. The only people that aren't welcome here are the people that don't agree with that.
