Is this just HighLevel?
FableForge is built on the HighLevel platform, but we've customized the setup, added human-first support, and created systems specifically for coaches, creators, and small business owners.
Do I need a snapshot to use FableForge?
Nope! You can start from scratch or with templates included. Snapshots are optional add-ons — some coaches or programs offer them through FableForge.
Can I use this with my VA or team?
Yes! Every account includes unlimited users and custom permissions so you can get the help you need to grow your business.
Will it integrate with my calendar, payments, or Zoom?
Yes — you can connect Google Calendar, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google Meet, and more with a few clicks.
What support is included?
Live office hours every week, a human-powered helpdesk, and optional paid onboarding if you want more hands-on help getting started.
Are there any hidden fees?
Core features are fully included. Usage-based tools like SMS, email sends, and AI incur small, per-use fees — but you control what’s turned on and can easily see how much you’ll spend with each one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no hard feelings. We want you to stay because it's helpful and enjoyable for you to. If we're not the best fit, then we hope to help you transition to something else that is.

What’s a snapshot, exactly?
A snapshot is a prebuilt version of your tech system — custom-built around your framework, client journey, and business model. It includes funnels, emails, automations, and more.
Can I sell my snapshot?
Yes! You can refer clients to FableForge and have us load your snapshot into their account — and you can earn passive income from every referral.
Do you build the snapshot for me?
We can. You bring the process and program — we help turn it into a repeatable, client-ready system.
Can my clients sign up directly through me?
Yes! We’ll set up a custom sign-up page for your people that includes your snapshot (and credits you properly for the referral).
What kind of support do I offer my clients?
You’re responsible for program content and strategic support. We handle the platform, tech, and setup-related questions. We’ll even send an expert into your community to help answer questions there so you don’t have to explain it.
Do I get to preview or test my snapshot before it goes live?
Absolutely. We’ll collaborate with you throughout the build and review process to make sure it’s aligned and client-ready.

How do I refer people to FableForge?
Once you’re approved as an affiliate, you’ll get a referral link and dashboard to track clicks, signups, and payouts.
Do I need to be a FableForge user to refer people?
Nope! You can refer others whether or not you use the platform yourself.
What’s the commission structure?
You’ll earn a recurring commission for every active account referred. You can learn more on our Affiliate Signup Page.
Can I refer both subscribers and expert collaborators?
Yes — and you’ll earn commissions on both if they sign up through your link.
Can I create content or use your branding?
Yes! We’ll provide swipe copy, logos, and visual assets you can use. Custom materials available by request.
