The business
Bill Saulsberry founded Mustard Seed Personal Car Service, an executive car service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where they take clients to and from business trips, entertainment events, and other special occasions.
Where Bill started
His website had needed a design update for several years. He knew it. But between running the business and not having the technical or design skills to do it himself, it never got done.
He was paying around $100 a month for a website builder, hosting, email marketing, and appointment booking, and it felt as though those fees went up almost every year. He also had plans for websites for his other businesses, which meant paying for all of it again for each one.
What working together looked like
Bill heard about FableForge through William, one of our founders. Here's how it went from there.
It started with a conversation
We sat down with Bill to hear what was getting in his way: his challenges, his frustrations, and where he wanted the business to go, both soon and further down the road.
Then he told us about his business
Bill filled in our online project questionnaire, and that gave us what we needed to start building his new site.
He got to react to a real website
We showed Bill the first version of his new site. After a couple of rounds of revisions, it was ready, and we launched it.
And we didn't disappear after launch
We stayed available to make sure everything ran smoothly once the site was live.
In Bill's words

The collaboration between William and Christina made the process seamless; their communication and coordination throughout made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

Where he is now
The new site has a page for each part of the business (About, Services, FAQs, and Reviews) and a Book Now button on every page.
Their team delivered a clean, professional design with a well-thought-out color scheme and layout that reflects the brand well and makes navigation intuitive for potential clients.
— Bill Saulsberry
His website, email marketing, and bookings now live in one place, in his FableForge account. And when he's ready to bring his other businesses online, there's room for them to grow there too.
