One software platform your whole business runs on.

Set up in your name from the day you sign up, with a person to ask when something won’t do what you told it to, and a free TechLab membership.

A small-business owner touching one tall glowing browser window, three small app cards already settled on its face and two more sliding in to join them.

The tools were never built to know about each other.

Right now, the software your business runs on is probably five or six things. A CRM you set up in a good week. Email somewhere else. A scheduler, a checkout, a course platform, and something in the middle that you set up one Sunday to make them all talk to each other. Five or six subscriptions. Five or six logins. A password for each, in a note somewhere.

Then one of them updates, the chain quietly stops, and you find out from a customer.

That’s the shape of the market, not a mistake anybody made. Each tool was the right call the day you picked it. They just don’t know about each other.

A small-business owner leaning back at a desk while five mismatched app windows float around them chained together by wires, the wire between the calendar and the inbox broken and smoking.

One account. One login.

One place where your contacts, your calendar, your emails, and your invoices already know about each other, because they were built as one thing.

It’s your own account, in your name, built on the HighLevel platform. If you already know HighLevel, you already know the engine underneath this. If you don’t, that’s fine. You’ll be using it, not studying it.

HighLevel makes the engine. What you get from us is the configured, supported version of it: set up rather than handed over as a blank slate, with a person on the other end when you get stuck.

Already on HighLevel with another agency? You can move your account under ours and get the same support. How the move works

Everything your account can do.

It’s a lot, so here it is in four groups. Every part has its own page for when you want the detail.

  • Run Your Business

Every contact, conversation, and deal in one place, with pipelines that match how you sell, and follow-up that runs without you touching it. New people land in the same place, whether they came in through a form, a QR code, or a business card.

    • CRM tags, notes, tasks, smart lists, pipelines, lead scoring, reporting dashboards, unlimited team members and contacts, no per-seat charge
    • Automations a visual workflow builder with triggers, timers, conditions, if/then logic, and internal tasks and alerts for your own team
    • Booking and calendars calendars for you, for your team, and for paid sessions, with email and text reminders sent without you touching them
    • Lead capture forms, surveys, and quizzes, QR codes, business card scanner, Facebook and Instagram lead ads
    • AI assistants Conversation AI, Voice AI, Ask AI, Content AI
  • Connect With Customers

A text, a Facebook message, the chat on your site, an email: all of it lands in one inbox, and you answer from there. And the ways you reach back are here too: a business number, email and text campaigns, social posts scheduled ahead, and review requests sent for you.

    • One inbox email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages, and your site’s chat widget
    • Calls and texting missed-call text-back, call recording, call tracking, ringless voicemail
    • Email and SMS marketing email campaigns, SMS campaigns, newsletters, seasonal and date-based campaigns, database reactivation
    • Social planning social post planning, post categories that recycle your best posts, scheduling across ten networks
    • Reviews and reputation reviews on Google and Facebook, automated review requests, AI-drafted replies, video testimonials, review widgets for your site
  • Get Found and Paid

The website people find you on, the funnels that turn a visitor into a lead, and every way they can pay you. Estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, payment links, order forms with upsells, and subscription billing, all from the same account.

    • Websites as many sites, funnels, and landing pages as you need, with SSL included
    • Funnels a page with one job and one ask, for an ebook, a workshop, a live event, or simply your newsletter, and what you promised arriving on its own
    • Invoices and proposals estimates, proposals, contracts, and invoices, built from the client record you already keep, so nobody gets typed in twice
    • Selling online one-click upsells, Text-2-Pay, Tap-2-Pay, gift cards, affiliate and referral tracking
  • Coach and Collab

Deliver your programs from the same account you run the business in. A course sold on its own or inside a community you run, with video, quizzes, certificates, membership tiers, and gated access. Events too, with tickets or an RSVP.

    • Courses memberships
    • Communities your own group, on your own account: open or private, free or paid, with channels, live calls for members, and a digest by email
    • Events an event page, tickets or a plain RSVP, reminders by email, and QR check-in at the door from your phone

What you have on day one.

Sign up for the software on its own, and this is yours by the time the login email lands.

Your own account.
The full platform, in your name. Everything on this page, behind one login.
Support from a person.
Open a ticket from inside your account. A person answers. “The reminder thing stopped sending” is a perfectly good ticket.
TechLab, free and included.
Your membership’s included — the community, the tutorials, and the live call every week. Bring the thing you’re stuck on and ask it out loud, in a room of other business owners who’ve been stuck on the same kind of thing. TechLab is the part of BLUEprint Business Lab that comes with your FableForge account, at no extra cost.
$10 a month toward your sending.
Texts, emails, and calls. It renews every month, and what you don’t use doesn’t roll over. For scale, $10 is roughly 800 texts or 10,000 emails, and most people never use it all.
Written help.
Tech Tutorials , for when you’d rather read it than ask it.

Everything else on this page happens inside that account.

And if you add the team.

It’s an add-on to the account above. The numbers are further down. What changes is who does the building.

  • A client manager. A person who knows your account. The half-formed idea, the “can it do this?”, the screenshot with a circle drawn on it: bring it to them, and they’ll help turn it into the next thing in your queue. That’s a person, not a ticket number.
  • A queue, worked for you. Websites, funnels, automations, content, design. Whatever’s next on your list. Add as many requests to your queue as you like, and we work through them one at a time, in order.
  • A kick-off call, where you meet your client manager and sort out what goes first.

What bills by usage.

A few things cost money on top: sending — texts, emails, and calls — plus AI usage, and one-off things like buying a domain.

Your $10 a month goes against your sending first. Above that, you’re billed for what you actually sent.

Usage is visible in your account as it happens, with settings and alerts to help you stay on track. What the $10 actually covers

The account is yours, whatever you add or take away.

Your account, your history, and your work all stay exactly where they are. Every contact, every workflow, every page you’ve published. Nothing gets switched off, nothing gets locked, nothing has to be exported.

Adding the team changes none of that. They work inside your account, so nothing they build ever lives anywhere else.

Pausing the team removes nothing either. Pause the $300 any month you like, the quiet month or the month you feel like doing it yourself, and if your queue runs empty, it pauses itself. How the pause works

One thing doesn’t work in reverse. Canceling the software ends both. The software is what the team works in, so if the account goes, there’s nothing left for them to work on.

Where this sits in the price.

The software is $127 a month. Add the team for $300, and it’s $427 a month together.

Want to run it yourself?
Take the software on its own.
More ideas than hours to build them?
Add the team.

Start with either. You can add the team later, or pause it, and it’s the same account either way.

Questions people ask about the software.

Do I need a HighLevel account already?

No. You sign up here and the account is created in your name. Already have one with another agency? You can move it under ours.

Can I use the software without the tech team?

Yes. Everything under “What you have on day one” is the software on its own: the platform, support by ticket, TechLab, and Tech Tutorials. The team is an add-on you can turn on whenever you want someone else to do the building.

Who do I ask when I’m stuck?

Open a ticket from inside your account and a person answers. Or bring it to TechLab: post it in the community, or ask on the weekly live call. The written how-tos are in Tech Tutorials.

Is there anything that costs extra?

A few things bill by usage: sending — texts, emails, and calls — beyond your $10 monthly credit, AI usage, and one-off things like buying a domain. You can see your usage in your account as it happens.

What the $10 actually covers

What if I add the team and then don’t need it for a while?

Pause it. When your queue runs empty, your client manager checks in to see if there’s anything else you need. If there isn’t, we pause the $300 — you don’t have to remember to cancel. Your account, and everything built in it, stays exactly as it is.

Your whole business, behind one login.

You still run the business. It just lives in one place now: contacts, calendar, email, payments, automations, and every message a customer sends you, behind one login instead of five or six. And you’re not the person who has to understand every layer underneath it.

The next thing to look at is the price.

Rather ask a person first? Book a call.
