Same account. Different agency behind it.
You know where everything is in there. Which workflow does what. Which calendar new people book through. Where the thread with that one customer lives, back to the first message. A move takes that whole account and puts it under a different agency. Nothing gets copied into a new one. Most of what's in there comes with it; some agencies hold back things they built themselves, and if anything like that can't come across, we rebuild it here, and it goes in your queue like any other request. What changes is who's on the other end when you need something.
What comes with you, and what you'll reconnect.
-
Comes with you:
- Your websites and funnels
- Your calendars
- Your contacts, with their conversations, appointments, opportunities, and history
- Your workflows, as they are, with the people already in them. Someone partway through a sequence is still in it.
- Your memberships
- Your API keys
- Your users, where they belong only to this account
-
You'll reconnect:
- Anything you logged into from inside the account — Google, Facebook, Instagram, QuickBooks, and the like
- Your Facebook and Google settings
- Stripe
- Any outside calendar you sync — Google Calendar or Outlook
- Smart Lists
- Custom email sending — Mailgun or SMTP, a sending domain your current agency assigned, or a dedicated IP
These are tied to your current agency's logins and billing, so HighLevel drops them rather than handing them across. They're logins and settings, not your content.
Your phone number comes across with the account if your current agency also uses HighLevel's phone service. We do. If they use Twilio instead, the number moves separately, and we sort that out with you and them.
Add-ons: if the account has a WhatsApp, WordPress, or Listings subscription running, HighLevel may need it canceled before it will let the account move.
What changes the day it lands.
Your software bills through us. $427 a month with the tech team, or $127 a month for the software on its own. The $127 is your account, support from a person by ticket, $10 a month of credit toward texts, emails, and calls, and TechLab. It starts the day the account lands here. What you're paying for
The team becomes something you can add. $300 a month, any month you like. It pauses itself: when your queue runs empty, your client manager checks in to see if there's anything else you need. If there isn't, we pause the $300 — you don't have to remember to cancel. How the team works
It's still your account. Same account, new agency behind it.
If you pay HighLevel directly today, that plan is yours to cancel once the move is done. We don't touch it.
Request the move
Send this and we'll reply within one to two business days with our relationship number and the exact words to send your current agency.
Anything you send through this form is handled as described in Legal & disclaimers.
What happens next, in order.
You send the form. Within one to two business days you've got a reply from us with our relationship number and a short message you can forward to your current agency.
You forward it. Your current agency sends the transfer request from their HighLevel account. That's the only way HighLevel allows it; we can't pull an account across from our side.
We approve it. HighLevel moves the account as soon as we do. There's no waiting period on HighLevel's side.
The account lands. You reconnect the things on the second list above, and the $127 starts that day.
How long the whole thing takes is mostly down to how quickly your current agency acts. Anything that has to be canceled first, or a phone number on Twilio, adds time.
Bought HighLevel yourself? Then you're the agency, and your business is an account inside it, so you send the request yourself from your agency view. If HighLevel says the account is flagged as your agency's own, that flag has to come off first, and you can remove it as the owner.
Once you're here, three places to take a question.
You already know your way around the software. What's new is who's on the other end.
-
Support. Open a ticket from inside your account. A person answers.
-
TechLab. Your membership's included — the community, the tutorials, and the live call every week. Bring the thing you're stuck on and ask it out loud.

A client manager and a queue come with the team, if you add it. If you'd want someone to go through the account with you once it's landed, that's a thing the queue can hold. What the team adds
Questions people ask about moving.
Will my automations stop while it moves?
HighLevel moves your workflows as they are, with the people already in them. Once the account's here, open the ones that matter to you and check they're still doing what you expect.
What about my phone number?
If your current agency uses HighLevel's phone service, as we do, your number comes across with the account and keeps its texting registration. If they use Twilio, the number moves separately, and we coordinate that with you and them. Don't cancel the number with anyone until it's confirmed moved.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. Your websites and funnels come across as they are. HighLevel's guide doesn't say either way whether a custom domain stays connected through the move. If yours needs reconnecting, it's a setting to point again, not a page to rebuild.
I pay HighLevel directly — can I still move?
Yes. Every HighLevel plan is an agency plan, so you're the agency owner, and you send the request yourself. If HighLevel blocks it because the account is flagged as your agency's own, that flag comes off first. Your HighLevel plan is yours to cancel afterwards.
What if the old agency won't let me take it out?
We'll work with them to find the best solution for your situation. We do our best to bring over everything we can, and anything we can't is rebuilt here through your queue.
Do I have to add the tech team?
No. The software on its own is a real choice, and the team is an add-on you can take any month you like, or pause when you don't need it.
Does moving cost anything?
Nothing from us, and we know of no charge from HighLevel for a transfer. Your first $127 starts the day the account lands.
