Ideas for your list

What people put in their queue.

"So the website's done. What would I even send you after that?"

This is the kind of thing people send us, written the way they'd send it. Half a sentence and a question mark, most of the time. All of it goes in the same queue, one thing at a time, in order. None of it is a package, and nothing here has a price or a date of its own. Read it looking for your own business.

The things that never finish.

A website gets finished. This doesn't. It comes back around every month, and once the site is live, it's most of what the queue is for.

  • Two blog posts a month? I'll send topics. And when each one's up, send it out to my list.
  • Here are my notes from the week. Turn them into a month of social posts and get them scheduled on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn?
  • My best old posts. Can they just keep coming back around on their own? I hate an empty calendar.
  • Newsletter every other week. I send you rough notes, you write it and send it. Deal?
  • New subscribers get one confirmation email and then nothing. Write me a welcome sequence? Five emails, a few days apart, each one teaching one thing.
  • Review requests the day after every job, please. And when a good one comes in, turn it into a post.
  • Post in my community every week? And make sure the weekly digest goes out to everyone.

That means the whole thing, not just the wiring — the words, the graphics, the technical setup, and the email workflows that carry it.

Want it every month? Say so, and it goes to the top of your queue each month. Don't, and it doesn't. Your queue, your call.

Design goes in the queue too.

  • One landing page, just for the workshop. It can come down when the workshop's over.
  • The ebook's finally done. Can you lay it out, build the page that gives it away, and have it land in their inbox on its own when somebody asks for it?
  • Logo and a one-page brand guide? Right now every flyer I put out is a slightly different purple.
  • Design my business cards? I'll pay for the printing myself.
  • My booking page looks like someone else's scheduler. Make it look like my site.
  • The intake form on my site asks for way too much. Build me one that asks what I actually need to know and nothing else? And a short quiz for the people who aren't sure what they need yet.

Everything else your account does.

Run Your Business

  • Can you set up a pipeline that matches how I actually sell? And move my current leads onto it. How the CRM works
  • I want to look at a name and know where they are with me. Audience, buyer, active client. Can you sort my contacts that way? How the CRM sorts contacts
  • When somebody fills in my form, can a reply go out right away? And a nudge four days later if they haven't answered. How automations work
  • One booking link for the whole team, so whoever's free takes it. How booking works
  • Trade show coming up. Can you put a QR code on my flyers and get the card scanner working on my phone before then? How lead capture works
  • I answer the same questions in messages constantly. Set the AI up to draft replies? I want to check every one before it goes out. What the AI in your account does

Connect With Customers

  • Can you get me a business number and take the texting registration through for me? The business line
  • If I'm on a job and miss a call, I don't want them gone. Missed-call text-back, please. What happens when a call is missed
  • My Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages. Can they come into the same inbox as my texts and email? How the inbox works
  • There are ten questions I answer every single week. Write me saved replies so the team just drops one in. Saved replies in the inbox
  • Put the chat widget on my site. And when something comes in, tell the right person on my team. Not all of us. Live chat and the inbox
  • Can my Google reviews go on my own website? That's where people are already reading. How reviews work

Coach and Collab

And the things that don't fit a group.

Not everything shows up as a tidy request. Some of it shows up as a problem. That goes in too.

  • Can you move my list, my calendar, and my contacts over from the tools I'm using now?
  • Somebody filled in the form on my site yesterday and it never turned up in my contacts. Fix it?
  • Go through my contacts and tidy the tags? My lists don't mean anything anymore.
  • A customer asked me for something and I don't know how to build it. Here's what she described.

Already have a HighLevel account with another agency? Moving it over is its own page. Moving your account

How all of it actually gets done.

  • Do I have to pick one? No. Send as many as you like. One of your requests is being actively worked on right now, and the rest are waiting their turn, in the order you set. A small one may clear in a day or two when it's the one in progress; bigger ones get a timeframe before we start.

  • What if I'm the holdup? Waiting on you doesn't hold up your queue. We move to the next thing and come back to it when you're ready.

  • Can two of these be moving at once? A second lane is another $300 — $727 a month total, including your software and your first lane — and two of your requests are actively worked on at once. Add it for a busy stretch and drop it again after. See what two lanes cost

  • Where's the price on each of these? There isn't one. No quotes, no per-item prices. Nothing on this page has a price or a date of its own; the monthly figure is the whole of it. Why we don't quote

We build it. You decide what. If the open question is what your business should sell, and to whom, that's a different conversation, and a good one to have — at BLUEprint Business Lab, where it's business strategy rather than tech.

How the whole thing runs, start to finish

Not sure what to ask for first? That's what the kick-off call is for.

It comes with the team. Bring the rough version of your list, or nothing at all. We ask the questions, you talk about your business, and by the end of the call your queue has real things in it, in an order that makes sense. After that, it's a list that keeps moving.

Haven't got the software yet? Start there

Already with us? Add any of these to your queue, right in your account.
