The business
Bill Saulsberry founded Mustard Seed Personal Car Service, an executive car service in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. It takes clients to and from business travel, entertainment events and other special occasions.
Where Bill started
His website had needed a design update for several years. He knew it. But between running the business and not having the technical or design skills to do it himself, it never got done.
He was paying around $100 a month for a website builder, hosting, email marketing and appointment booking, and it felt as though those fees went up almost every year. He also had plans for websites for his other businesses, which meant paying for all of it again for each one.
What we did
Bill heard about FableForge through William, one of our team. From there:
- A first meeting. We got a sense of his challenges, his frustrations, and his short-term and long-term goals for the business.
- Our online project questionnaire. It gave us what we needed to start on his website.
- A first version to react to. We showed him the new site, made a couple of rounds of revisions, and launched it.
- Support after launch. We stayed available to make sure everything ran smoothly.
The new site has a page for each part of the business (About, Services, FAQs and Reviews) and a Book Now button on every page.

Where he is now
His website, email marketing and bookings now live in one place, in his FableForge account. And when he's ready to bring his other businesses online, there's room for them to grow there too.
