Email providers try to protect you from Spam Emails… which is great, unless they get it wrong and hide our emails from you. There’s a few simple steps you can take to make sure you don’t miss anything you wanted from us.
Those steps are called “whitelisting”
If you can’t find an email, the first step you can take is to look for it in your Spam Folder and if you find an email there from us, kindly open it and designate it as “Not Spam”
Next, you can choose your provider below and see the instructions for how to Whitelist any emails from mail.fableforgesuite.com and fableforgesuite.com so your email won’t push us into spam in the future.
If your email or spam filter is not listed, then try adding us to your Address Book or Contact List to send the signal to your provider that you want to hear from us. If messages continue to be filtered to junk or spam folders, contact your provider and ask them how you can whitelist emails from us.
